Spanish omelette, a classic of Venta Magullo

The Magullo Sale recipes Ingredients for 4 people:
- 4 medium potatoes
- 5 eggs
- ½ onion
- Olive oil Salt Elaboration
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into half slices.
- Add salt and put to fry with plenty of olive oil.
- To part to chop the onion finely and to put it to fry in oil.
- When both preparations are ready join them.
- Put them to drain. Beat the eggs and put the drained potato together with the onion in the eggs.
- Let it fluff in the egg.
- Put a pinch of salt. Heat a pan and add the potato and egg mixture.
- Leave to curdle and turn around.
- Serve hot.
